i have 5 cats. i found bloody urine, one spot last week and one spot this week. i need advice.?

I need to get a urine sample from my cat. I have tried putting her in the room by herself. I left her there?

I had an empty box, and kept her away from the other cats. Left her in a room, but she won’t use the empty box. She will hold it. I NEED a urine sample to find out why she’s having trouble going to the bathroom.
